Packaged unit freezers are different from other two hydraulic plate freezers, which can move up and down. The plates of the packaged unit freezers have a fixed space; the plates can not be lifted. The products contact the aluminum plate at the downsides, while the fans above the products generate cool air circulating within the cabinet. This freezer has adopted the advantages of both contact freezer and cool air freezer, so that it gives efficient freezing mode. Because the refrigeration system is integrated into the machine, the users do not need to build up extra room for refrigeration system.
